Q: What is the warranty?
A: 3 years free replacement, only pay return shipping cost. All warranties are void if the customer incurs damage due to improper installation techniques or abuse of the product. Customers assume all risk and liability when using aftermarket products. There is no warranty, expressed or implied for any parts used during competition, track, AutoX, and/or driving school events. Warranty does not cover any damage during shipping.
Q: How long will the iBright last?
A: It is designed using quality components that will, by far outlast the life of any vehicle.
Q: Is it brighter then the OEM Angel Eyes?
A: Yes, it is MUCH brighter.
Q: Will I be able to see the Angel Eyes during the day?
A: Yes, unlike the OEM Angel Eyes, they are very visible during the day.
Q: Will iBright void my BMW warranty?
A: No it will not. It will not void any warranties, and is in fact safer for the vehicle then the OEM unit that came from BMW, because it puts out less heat, and pulls less electricity.
Q: Can I install it myself?
A: Absolutely. Anyone can install the Angel iBright with no previous mechanical or electrical experience.
Q: Is it legal?
A: Yes.
Q: How does this system compare to other products?
A: Angel iBright is currently the only upgrade like it in the US. Any other competitor uses cheaper plastic, and a simple resistor to regulate electricity, we use state-of-the-art ballasts. The competitor's resistor will cause the Angel Eyes brightness to fluctuate depending on if the A/C or radio is on, etc. It will also decrease the life of the light bulb, and can even cause serious damage to your vehicle's wiring system (i.e. fires).
Q: Can I have Custom Angel Eyes do the installation for me?

Q: How long does the installation take?
A: Anywhere from 5min(X5) to 30min(e60).
Q: Does it require modification of the headlights?
A: No. It does not alter any internals or externals of the headlights, you do not have to open the headlights, change the rings, etc., it is simply an "upgrade".
Q: I dont have PayPal how can I order?
A: You do not need to be a member of PayPal in order to use their checkout system. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal, Personal Checks, Bank Checks, Money Orders, Western Union or cash.
Q: Are blue rings on the Angel Eyes illegal?
A: The answer to this question is unfortunately, yes. Any color other then white in the Angel Eyes is considered illegal in some states. We will sell you any color, but with this warning, we are not liable for any problems that you may receive from law enforcement. Any color other then white should be used for off-road/show purposes only.
Q: I do not have a newer BMW, do you make Angel Eyes for older X5s, 3-series, 5-series, etc.?
A: Yes, www.CustomAngelEyes.com makes Angel Eyes packages for BMWs that did not come with Angel Eyes from the factory.

Q: Is it possible that I may have seen these headlights in my area?
A: Yes, it is possible. Custom Angel Eyes.com has customers in many states and countries around the world.
Q: I have an e60, and when I turn the key to a certain position the Angel Eyes blink, is this normal?
A: Yes, it is perfectly normal, and safe. It has to do with the way the BMW computer feeds electricity to the headlights during a certain key position.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: You may return it within 10days of the original purchase date, and there is a 20% restocking fee.
