Payment Policy

A 100% deposit is required with all order for custom manufactured wheels, unless prior credit arrangements have been made. Once completed, the order is shipped. A 50% restocking fee will be charged on all custom orders returned for credit. Any order cancelled after submission will be subject to penalty fee not to exceed 50% of the total order value, depending on the amount of work completed prior to cancellation. JDM and Non-Custom wheel orders must be paid for in full prior to shipping.

All web site pricing are subject to change, at the discretion of management. All CT residents are subject to sales tax collection on all transactions. All price quotes are before shipping, unless otherwise noted. D2-Autosport LLC. accepts both VISA and Master Cards. ALL CREDIT CARD PURCHASES WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS ONLY– NO EXCEPTIONS. Cashiers/Bank checks are accepted as well as money orders.

SHIPPING POLICY

UPS or Fed Ex will ship all goods unless prohibited by size or weight. In the case of oversized or extremely heavy freight, a commercial freight carrier will be used. Next day and second day delivery is available in most cases for an extra charge upon customer's request. COD is not accepted.
D2-AUTOSPORT, LLC ensures that all goods are delivered to the respective carrier properly packaged and free of any damage. Damage incurred during transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package, listing specific damages on your receipt from the carrier along with your signature. If damage is discovered after opening the package, notify D2-AUTOSPORT, LLC and the respective carrier immediately. Claims for damage must be handled through the carrier. If necessary, we will assist you in any claim to the degree practical.
Please inspect all merchandise carefully before installing it on the car. This LLCludes, but is not limited to, mounting tires, or modifying the product in any way, shape, or form. In order to make a damage claim, you must contact D2-AUTOSPORT, LLC before installing the product on the car. Once the item has been installed, it is considered used and is not returnable under any circumstance.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

D2-AUTOSPORT, LLC guarantees that its products are of the highest quality. The majority of our products carry a manufacturer's warranty, which is passed onto the customer. Please ask for your sales assistant for more info on your specific product.
D2-AUTOSPORT, LLC disclaims all liability caused by use of our products. It is the sole and complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that parts used on their vehicles meet all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of our products. We are not responsible for any liability or losses which occur. All products carry manufacturer's warranty only

RETURN POLICY

D2-AUTOSPORT, LLC will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact your salesperson for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Unless the return is due to an error on the company's part, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges D2-AUTOSPORT LLC incurred during the return or exchange. All returns, except those caused by our error, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment was received via cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address. Wheels that have been mounted or other used items are not returnable. Special order items, and clearance itms are not returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
